Description

Our front disc brake kit has become a lot more popular over the years with customers adding modern engines to their Metros and wanting an upgraded braking system with a dual master cylinder. One of the best things about this kit is it's a direct bolt on & with minor mechanical knowledge you can install it yourself with basic tools. The only modification is drilling your hubs / rims out to 7/16" to allow for the larger studs.

Our kit is far superior to any other kit out there. Why would you want to deal with a bunch of used parts, forced to rebuild your front suspension, & spend a lot of money with a machinist to fix your king pins (now available new) and spindles correctly? Our kit solves all those issues and it has the added bonus of a dual master cylinder & front taper bearings.

Includes 2 machined rotors to Met lug pattern, 4 drum screws (go from rotor to hub), 2 calipers, 2 laser cut caliper brackets with hardware, 2 wire reinforced front brake hoses (longer then standard Met brake hoses), front brake pads, 2 machined aluminum spacers for stock wheels, 8 7/16" studs & matching lug nuts, front taper bearing kit, 2 front hub grease caps, dual master cylinder with all necessary hardware & machined push rod, laser cut master cylinder frame spacer, residual pressure valve, remote reservoir with mounting bracket & wire clamp, plastic T, rubber hose with 6 stainless steel clamps, steel brake line set (7 lines - only the ones needed to convert - does not include the 2 rear axle lines), & all necessary hardware / fittings to install.

You will still be able to use the original parking brake assembly, your existing Master Cylinder Push Rod Assembly, & Brake Master Cylinder Bracket. Both are available new by clicking on the links.

A rebate form will be included for the late model backing plates you wouldn't need anymore. If you have the early braking system there isn't a rebate for any of those parts.
