Fits 1200A Metro engines only.
Our water pump is rebuilt with a modern lip seal & the housing was machined to fit this seal properly. This will eliminate the original style spring loaded carbon seal.
The impeller shaft is also machined for a snap ring to hold the shaft in place so the end play is set correctly. Now there is no need to worry about the preload on the seal when the pulley is installed. The snap ring is installed between the 2 bearings against the steel spacer. This will keep the shaft from falling out the bottom.
You have to reuse the original lock washer & nut.
The pump was tested by the rebuilder under water and will not leak if installed correctly.

Please remember we have to be able to rebuild your core and it has to be the exact same water pump as the picture.
Don't forget to replace the Water Pump To Head Hose - CH7 when replacing the water pump. They are hard to get to and you don't want to have to take it back out for a leaky hose.
