Seals rear underside of the hood to cowl panel.
Keeps engine compartment air from entering the cowl vent. Basically saying: you want clean air going through the cowl vent and that keeps the heated air coming into the passenger compartment clean.
Don't forget about the BO24 Cowl Seal Clips.
