Fits all Metropolitans.
If you're removing your leaf springs to replace the bushings or doing rust repair, this is a really nice comprehensive kit for you. It'll make installation simpler and easier for you by including all the correct new hardware & bushings.
The only parts that are used are the 4 U Bolts. Each one we have ran a die over the threads for easier installation. Chasing threads on old parts isn't fun and we've already done that for you.
Includes:
8 RE21 Small Leaf Spring Bushings - rear shackles
4 RE22 Large Leaf Spring Bushings - front
4 RE31 U Bolts (used) - threads are all chased and cleaned up properly
6 Bolts - front mounting of the leaf spring
6 Flat Washers - for the above bolts
18 Serrated Flange Nuts - 6 for the front bolts, 4 for the front pin (be sure to knock the plate off first before removal), & 8 for the U Bolts
4 Nylon Nuts - rear shackle pins
All of the parts in this kit will be labeled & bagged properly for easy identification.
We do not have new Leaf Springs made yet but hopefully we will in the future. This is an outstanding kit for reinstalling your original leaf springs or installing brand new leaf springs.
