Includes installation hardware and manufacturer installation instructions.
3 point shoulder harnesses aren't original but are a big safety upgrade. They can only be used on hardtops unless you have a roll bar (I'm guessing you don't) in your convertible.
They are a custom application and you will have to make the mounting points and weld them onto your Metro. A good time to install these would be before the headliner is installed, since the mounting points would go behind the headliner.
